We are looking for an organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office supplies, and completing general clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
