JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a temporary Front Office Assistant on either a full-time or part-time basis. This would be a great opportunity for a college student or similar candidate who is looking for work this summer.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

On a typical day you will:

· Receive, sort, and route mail

· Make outbound renewal reminder phone calls

· Assist with outbound mail

· Scan and file

· Assist Customer Service Representatives and Operations Manager as needed

· Maintain client files using our agency management system.

· And other tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a Front Office Assistant to assist our Operations Manager and Customer Service Representatives with a passion for excellent customer service, the ability to function well in a team setting or on an individual basis, effective time-management and organizational skills, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

This is an in-office position.

Minimum Education and Experience:

· Typing speed of 50+ wpm

· Strong computer skill set including MS Office, internet research and social media experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· You enjoy interacting with people

· You have the flexibility to adapt to changes in a growing organization

· You have strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow through

· You have the ability to work well and collaboratively in a team environment

· You have a great willingness to learn
