Pine View Homes is a woman owned, fourth generation business in Winslow. We were founded in 1955 and have been selling homes to families for 68 years. We are a small office but its a fast pace environment!
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to the organization. The ideal candidate for this position will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include answering phones, filing documents, scheduling appointments, and providing general customer service. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Greet visitors and provide them with information about the company.
- Organize and maintain office files and records.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with data entry tasks.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
