1st Choice, Home Health Care and Hospice Inc. is looking for an Occupational Therapist and a Speech Therapist to join our agency per diem. VERY COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION.

Job Responsibilities will include:
1. Provide ocupatinal therapy or speech therapy services to patients according to a physician's written plan of care.
2. Initiates therapy program and instructs other personnel and/or family/caregiver members in certain phases of physical therapy with which they may work with a patient, as well as instructing them as to the goals of the physical therapy program for the patient by participating in case conferences.
3. Identifies patient and family/caregiver needs for other home health services and refers as necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Licensed to practice as a Occupational Therapist or speech therapy within the state, if applicable.
2 years of Home Health experience preferred but not required.
Pay: $45.00 - $80.00 per hour
