Job Description:

We are currently seeking an energetic Full Time Occupational Therapist (OT) in the FAIRBORN, OH area. This OT will provide therapy in the Senior Living environment and within the community.

The Occupational Therapist (OT) would be responsible for performing starts of care and initial evaluations as well as performing subsequent follow up visits and supervising COTA's. Flexible scheduling to while maintaining a weekly caseload of 25 - 30 visits a week for full time. Must be licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in State of Ohio. We utilize a universal electronic documentation system. Prior home healthcare experience preferred, but not required.

SIGN ON BONUS: $1,000.00 for full time employees

Compensation: competitive/negotiable/experience based. This position can be salary or per visit based (your choice) and will be discussed in the interview process.
