We are currently seeking exceptional, enthusiastic and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to assist our wonderful residents.

$250 referral bonus goes to any Highland Village employee who refers a CNA who is employed with Highland Village for at least 6 months!

Pay depends on experience

Rewarding Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional direct resident care
• Provide continuous restorative nursing in conjunction with the resident's activities of daily living
• Assist residents with toileting, grooming/bathing and transferring
• Ability to perform vitals accurately, with the knowledge of appropriate vital sign ranges
• Assist residents with ambulation programs
• Serve meals according to the residents dietary needs
• The ability to care for the resident's social, emotional, physical and mental health
• Able to work in a fast paced environment while giving attention to detail
• Work alongside skilled RN's and LPN's
• Assist in the evaluation of residents in emergency situations
• Ability to remain calm and handle any emergencies that may arise
• Exceptionally patient, good at listening and responsive to resident's needs
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Shift Coordinator/Supervisor on duty

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or have a valid NV CNA certificate or are currently enrolled in a CNA program
• Applicant must have a valid NV CNA
• Must have a valid CPR card
• Must be able to pass a criminal back ground check
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
