SEEKING Nursing Students to join our team as a NURSE TECHNICIAN. Come gain hands-on experience to propel forward your RN student journey and help you prepare to take on your first RN position.

Work under the direct supervision of an experienced RN – some of the best around; nurses who truly care about enhancing the knowledge and success of our upcoming RN coworkers!

Aspirus Health believes in helping nursing students obtain broad and varied clinical experiences. The Nurse Technician role does just that, giving students opportunities beyond their school-related clinicals to grow their nursing skills.

ELIGIBILITY: Registered Nurse students who have completed at least:

• 2 semesters of an ADN program, or
• 3 semesters of a BSN program

HOURS: Shifts and number of scheduled hours vary based on your availability and department needs

PAY RATE: $16.00/hour, plus shift and weekend differentials

THE PROCESS: Following your application, you will hear from one of our Nursing-focused Talent Delivery Partners (Julie, or Lindsay). We will conduct a telephone interview to discuss your areas of interest (we simply have opportunities in TOO MANY nursing areas to list here!) and expectations. An interview with a department hiring manager may also be part of the process, as will standard practices such as references, background check, and meeting employee health requirements

Aspirus Merrill Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital that provides primary and specialty services to Merrill and rural Lincoln County. Our services to you includes inpatient hospital care, 24/7 emergency department (level IV trauma designation), urgent care as well as imaging, laboratory, and rehabilitation services.
