A renowned healthcare system in New Hampshire is searching for Nurse Supervisor. In this role, you will manage patient assignments and patient flow, oversee direct patient care, and serve as a lead and clinical resource to staff. Responsibilities:

• Mentor and lead clinical nursing staff.
• Assign staff to patients and maintain adequate and safe staffing ratios.
• Facilitate timely admissions and discharges to optimize clinical capacity.
• Participate in performance management of staff, including coaching, preparing performance evaluations, and initiating disciplinary actions as appropriate.
• Maintain communication documentation and electronic logbooks related to admissions, discharges, transfers, deaths, quality tracking, and unusual occurrences.

Qualifications:

• An ASN is required, and a BSN is preferred.
• Active RN license.
• 2+ years of progressive responsibility in an acute care setting.

Additional info:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Hours: 11p-7a
• Pay $45-55/hr., depending on experience + shift differentials.
