TREND Healthcare is a growing healthcare organization with multiple clinics across the DFW metroplex, seeking highly motivated and skilled Nurse Practitioners to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Our Locations: Denton, Dallas, Hurst, Plano, Mesquite

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough and accurate patient assessments, including physical exams, medical histories, and diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient, based on their specific needs and medical conditions.
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
• Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment options, and self-care.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Contribute to the growth and success of TREND Healthcare by participating in quality improvement initiatives, staying up-to-date with the latest research and techniques, and providing excellent patient care.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.
• Current Texas state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
