Nurse Manager (RN or LPN) Job at Dolan Memory Care Homes
Under supervision of Director of Operations/Administrator, candidate will provide overall supervision of all House activities. Responsibilities include scheduling, staffing, budget compliance, ordering of supplies, survey compliance, Nursing services, and Medical records. Candidate must be able interact with resident’s family members, and visitors, to provide a meaningful environment for each resident. Applicant must provide leadership and direction for all household activity, as well as supervision and oversight to caregivers. Applicant understands that all behaviors have meaning and directs staff in positive and creative manor to maximize resident’s comfort and safety. Applicant must ensure meals are prepared and served in accordance with house policies and practices. Applicant must comply with Residents Bill of rights.
Applicant will provide primary care as licensed nurse including but not limited to medication administration and wound care.
Must be licensed as an LPN/RN in the State of Missouri, license must be in good standing. Experience with both primary care of dementia residents and management strongly preferred.
This position requires strong management skills and the ability to be on call/available while not in the building.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $78,500.00 per year
