Praxis Health
is a well-established provider of health care services in the state of Oregon. We are not big-box health care, rather a family of 33 medical clinics throughout the state. Providing a small clinic environment, uncommon provider autonomy, and an umbrella of administrative support services, it’s the best of all worlds.

Providers choose Praxis for two important reasons: First, we hire the best. A decision to join our team is to work alongside outstanding colleagues who offer exceptional medical care. Secondly providers choose Praxis because it feels like home. We offer the intimacy and collegiality of a small clinic environment, but with the support and security provided by a centralized and experienced administrative team. Each group functions much like an independent group, and retains its own name and culture.
