What You Will Do:

1. Responsible for the recruitment and on boarding of all facility staff.

2. Maintains communication with department heads regarding staffing needs and helps to develop interview materials.

3. Conducts annual wage and benefit survey.

4. Maintains sources of labor supply; coordinates outside recruiting efforts through local institutions i.e., technical schools, business schools, and colleges.

5. Sources and screens candidates through social media, job boards, and the internet to build a pipeline of active and passive job seekers.

6. Communicates with the facility to ensure ads and requisitions are accurate, updated, and maintained.

7. Partners with the HR Assistants to ensure the completion of day-to-day paperwork relating to the Human Resource's function, i.e., verifications, references, completion of change of status forms for payroll, etc.

8. Represents the company at job fairs, in the community, and at professional associations.

9. Other duties as assigned
