Essential Duties and Responsibilities
These include the following:
Our Carry-out Specialists provide excellent guest service over the phone and in person. Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service.
- Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and seat them as needed.Provides menus and takes orders over the phone or in-person, or through a mobile device.
- Responsible for handling all To-Go, Curbside, and third party delivery orders.
- Ensure all food items ordered are included and meet food presentation standards, provide garnishments, utensils.
- Process transactions within the point of sale system accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the counters, main entrance, and Lobby.
- Perform other assignments or tasks as assigned by the General Manager, Assistant Manager, or acting supervisor.
