Matthews Motors Wilmington is a high volume used car dealership is currently seeking to hire 4 Sales Consultants immediately.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience and a positive attitude, we will train the right candidate. Matthews Motors is a family owned business since 1994, now with 4 locations in North Carolina and over 300 vehicles in stock to better serve our communities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handle high volumes of business with professionalism
- Work with other sales managers in a professional way
- Engage with customers in a timely manner
- Develop an in-depth understanding of current automotive technologies and be able to communicate that to potential customers by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features, taking drives, explaining warranties and services.
- Assist in setting up the lot or showroom floor for daily/weekly/monthly promotions
- Enhances dealership reputation by maintaining a positive CSI score
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background and drug)
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Drivers License Must pass a drug test and background check
- Work off a computer/tablet/cell phone (email/text)
- Schedule and maintain customer follow up Positive attitude and good work ethic
- Ability to manage time effectively
High School Diploma or GED required

Pay: $38,788.00 - $133,579.00 per year
