Hermantown School District welcomes individuals to substitute in Non-Licensed areas.
Non-Licensed positions
include Paraprofessional (*Special Education, Title I, General Education, Classroom Aide, and Program Assistant), Health Assistant, Clerical, Food Service, **Transportation, Maintenance/Janitorial, Playground/Lunchroom Supervisor, Technology Specialist, Child Care Aide, Coach, and Activity Advisor. Requirements include a current Minnesota Criminal Background Check.

* Special Education Paraprofessional applicants must be "Highly Qualified" -CPI training preferred,possess a 2 yr degree, or have passed the "Para Pro Assessment Test", or a portfolio of credits or workshops demonstrating knowledge.
*Special Education Paraprofessional applicants should please also complete the " Substitute Paraprofessional Mini-Training Questions " using the "Para Manual" by clicking on the pdf TWO ATTACHMENTS . Print the Questions sheet, complete and email to kkucza@isd700.org or FAX to 218-729-9315.
**Transportation Applicants must possess a CDL Licensure, School Bus and Passenger Endorsement, and Airbrake Endorsement.
