Rolling Hills Community Church is looking for a super-organized Office Administrator for our Nolensville Campus. The Office Administrator will work alongside our Nolensville staff team to support our weekly ministries, to coordinate our staff office, and to serve in a variety of ways (many behind the scenes) at our growing church! OBJECTIVE

To oversee the church office and support the church staff, teams, and volunteers to accomplish their ministry at the Nolensville Campus. To work under the direct supervision of the Nolensville Campus Pastor and in cooperation with the leadership of the church in carrying out the five functions of the New Testament church: worship, evangelism, discipleship, fellowship and ministry for the entire church.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer the phones and email in a professional manner.
  • Receive, sort, and prepare mail.
  • Assist and offer hospitality to office visitors, which will include people in need.
  • Oversee and maintain office supply inventory. Order church literature and Sunday morning connection and hospitality supplies.
  • Maintain the schedule of church activities and building use through eSPACE.
  • Enter first time guest information and weekly prayer requests from the Nolensville congregation into Ministry Platform.
  • Assist our accountant with coding bills and purchases.
  • Oversee and update Ministry Platform (church management software).
  • Maintain and file guest and partnership information cards.
  • Maintain weekly volunteer input of First Impressions and Family Ministry teams in Planning Center Online.
  • Maintains list of hospitalization and shut-in status for campus pastoral care.
  • Assist in managing the social media accounts for the Nolensville Campus.
  • Format and prepare weekly worship guides.
  • Work with central family ministry staff to assist in preparation of curriculum and gathering supplies.
  • Order and prepare weekly supplies for the children's ministry in conjunction with the Kids Director.
  • Assist the pastoral staff with administrative tasks.
  • Assist in preparation and follow-up for weekly team meetings.
  • Organize work and storage areas at the Nolensville office.
  • Assist in preparation, decoration, & food ordering for important dates and holidays (ex. Christmas, Easter, Mothers/Fathers Day, etc).
  • Make notebooks for partnership, baptism, and family dedication classes.
  • Attend and participate in the Nolensville campus staff team and monthly All Staff meetings at Rolling Hills.
  • Occasional Sundays may be required, as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Minimum high school diploma, college degree preferred.

- Proficient, or ability to adapt to and learn - Google Office Suite, eSPACE, Ministry Platform, and Planning Center software programs.
