What You Bring:
Previous experience as a Food Truck Manager or event coordination
Highly organized and detail-oriented
An effective communicator and a team player
The ability to pitch in where needed and able to do what it takes to get the job done
Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Strong work ethic and an enthusiasm to grow with us!
What Youll Do:
Oversee food operations such as scheduling the staff and their days off, plotting out areas where to operate, and ensuring that all legal permits and licenses are up to date.
Train the staff in their respective roles.
Must be able to safely drive and park a food truck.
Ensure that all the staff is aware of the food preparation procedures and that they meet necessary sanitary requirements.
Ensure the safety of the operations.
Process inventory and ordering.
Ability to drive the truck and execute opening and closing procedures
Build strong teams. Identify staffing needs. Participate in recruiting, selecting, development and placement of all Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders.
Hold team accountable for excellence in product quality, consistency and execution, speed of service, shop cleanliness and maintenance and customer service.
Ensure all trucks operate in accordance with the heath and safety procedures of food preparation thats fit under the federal state laws.
Audit food trucks to ensure they meet identified operational standards, food safety standards, and labor laws.
Foster Positive Energy in the work environment to accomplish business results (increased customer counts, increased sales, and increased profits).
Monitor and control Labor Costs and Food Costs.
Meet financial and operational goals. Provide and implement Games plans. Motivate and support stores to execute those plans.
Use all information resources available (ie., turnover reports, P&L) to identify opportunities and threats. Optimize store potential and adjust business plan tactics accordingly.
