Ideal candidate will be responsible to assure the cleanliness of the facility and ensure maximum service and quality standards are achieved. Must be available for a full-time position with a flexible schedule. · Looking to lead people, good personality, eager to learn, committed to providing results. Must be a team player.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize, plan, schedule and execute cleaning operations for Core Shift.
- Checks in Core Staff and makes sure staffing meets the required level.
- Inspects staff prior to start time to assure compliance with appearance standards.
- Deploys Core Staff to assure all areas are properly staffed and maintained in a clean and safe condition.
- Directs Core Staff and responds to the needs of the facility and guests.
- Constantly walks facility during the day to inspect cleaning staff and service meets performance, quality, and safety standards.
- Checks out Core Staff at the end of shift.
- Maintains records for Core Shift including staff deployment form, sign-in/sign-out forms, equipment allocation, labor reports, timecards, inspection reports, teamwork schedules and safety reports.
- Provide employee training and communicate company/client policies
Required Skills:
- Interactive Communication Skills. Ability to make your desires clear to your employees and delegate tasks
- Motivating diversity and generational differences within the team.
- BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH/SPANISH A PLUS
Shift: 4:30pm-1:00am
Pay: $13.00 per hour
