NEW HOME SALES ASSISTANT

OVERVIEW: Traditions of America, a national leader in the development of 55+ lifestyle communities, seeks a motivated and talented New Home Sales Assistant in the Pittsburgh area, both North Hills and South Hill. As an aspiring new home expert, you will work directly with our sales leadership to assist buyers along their new home journey. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideally suited for someone looking to grow their career in the new home sales industry. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The New Home Sales Assistant will work closely with the New Home Sales Counselor. The hands-on team environment is perfect for an individual who has exceptional customer service and administrative skills. The New Home Sales Assistant will work directly with customers visiting the Welcome Center and Models, assist in scheduling and communicating with existing customers, and provide ongoing support to the New Home Sales Counselor.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

• Excellence in interpersonal communication
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence prospective buyers about the value of expensive products and/or services
• Desire to learn, cultivate, and improve the customer experience through training, coaching and self-improvement
• Proficient use of CRM system, internet, office programs and other technology tools used for new home sales

EXPERIENCE: Two years Real Estate sales industry experience preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ WORKING CONDITIONS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. • Must be able to walk rough terrain, climb stairs, and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Regular weekend work hours are required. Days off will be either Tuesday/Wednesday or Thursday/Friday.
• Willing to work overtime occasionally at the last minute

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Competitive compensation and benefits package; compensation commensurate with experience

The Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects, competing tasks and demands and seek supervisory assistance as appropriate.
