We offer decks, pergolas, patio covers, screened rooms, fencing, siding, roofing, windows and doors to private residents.
Due to the growing demand for our services, Midtown Home Improvements (One of Inc. 5000’s fastest growing companies in America) is now looking for a self-starter who wants to get in on the ground floor of a fast growing multi-million dollar remodeling company.
You'll be responsible for building this department from the ground up. Your responsibilities will include:
- Hiring full time and part time canvassers
- Holding weekly meetings with your staff to keep them energized
- Choosing area where you and your team will 'hunt' for leads
- Working hand in hand with the GM to stay on track and hit goals
