Job Summary:
The National Sales Trainee role calls for a proactive and strategic employee benefits sales professional focused on building new and strengthening existing business relationships with insurance brokers, consultants, prospects and clients.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work as a highly effective team member to develop, implement and iterate on sales strategies and tactics that result in LegalShield meeting or exceeding its annual revenue targets.
- Assist senior sales personnel and management team members on various associated sales, service and reporting tasks.
- Build relationships with key brokers, consultants, prospects and clients.
- Develop and executes both short and long-range sales plans and programs to ensure the profitability and growth of the company’s product.
- Tracks pipeline for business forecasting.

- Results-oriented with attention to detail and a strong ability to see projects through to completion.

- Communicates effectively (verbally and in writing) to a wide range of internal and external customers/clients/management.
EXPERIENCE:
- College degree required
- Successful sales experience a plus
