Job Summary:

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the National Brand Activation Manager will be responsible for building a BEST IN CLASS hybrid field team to accelerate our brand awareness and growth. The National Brand Activation Manager will identify priority markets, retailers and brand partners that will help grow LOVE CORN awareness in the market. The primary responsibility during the first 6 months of this position will be to recruit, train and manage a remote workforce across the US that will perform a hybrid of in-store merchandising, demos and out of store sampling. Additionally, the National Brand Activation Manager will begin building strategic partnerships with like-minded brands that will allow more people to discover LOVE CORN where they live, work, shop and play.

What You'll Do

  • Recruit, hire, and train a team of (5) Brand Activation Coordinators across multiple US markets
  • Day to Day management of Brand Activation Coordinators to set and track daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
  • Develop training decks and conduct in market training to build the best in class field team in CPG
  • Work with Brand Activation Coordinators to build routes, schedule in store demos and report against key metrics
  • Work with Brand Activation Coordinators to develop market plans to reach new consumers in and out of store through various field marketing tactics
  • Strategize, develop and execute experiential brand activations at retail and in the community:
    • Design Phase Two of the LOVE CORN field marketing program - pilot then scale.
    • Lead all consumer sampling and engagement activations
    • Develop and execute LOVE CORN branded experiences
    • Negotiate and execute brand partnerships
    • Negotiate and execute in-kind and paid sponsorships
  • Seed and develop relationships with market influencers, ultimately leading to increased brand visibility
  • Work closely with digital/social to bridge IRL experiences to digital (Community growth and Engagement)
  • Be the face of the brand and bring LOVE CORN's values to life with teammates, partners and consumers through cause programming and execution
  • Lead the creation of branded partnerships that drive business goals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Relevant Experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Ability to learn and engage in new platforms quickly
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical capabilities and decision-making skills
  • High level of follow-up, availability, and responsiveness to internal and external partners
  • MacGuyver like mindset and ability to adjust on the fly and get things done
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
