MSP/MSSP: Service Desk Technician Job at Candor
The Service Desk Technician will provide Tier 1 support for our clients via our Service Desk Queue and Ticketing System. Systems supported will include client owned/internally-hosted and Cloud services. We have positions that are mostly remote with rare on-site and positions which are entirely on-site with some remote work.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience Administering Windows Desktop environments
- Experience Administering Active Directory environments
- Experience with Exchange Administration
- Experience with Windows Server Administration
- Experience with Office/Microsoft 365
- Experience with Backup Recovery Procedures
- Ability to Perform on-call duties after-hours on a rotating schedule
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
