Mover/Team Lead - Looking for Athletes! Job at Movers
- The candidate will be responsible for loading, unpacking and packing items; disassembling and assembling furniture for residential and commercial; providing safe, on-time, and dependable transportation with a safe driving record.
- Assist customers during the moves with excellent customer service; educating customers about additional beneficial products and services; successfully upselling customers on these additional products and services; making inventories of the materials received for delivery.
- Log inventories and records of furniture, material and supplies received for delivery. Make sure that each item is well accounted for by delivering them to their destinations.
- Fast-paced industry involving continual body activity; lifting items weighing 50lbs or more.
- Breakdown and set up furniture items based on customer needs so that each item can be easily installed in its final location. Securely transporting contracted items avoiding any damage during the transportation process such as by placing items in boxes, using voids in between pieces of furniture, as well as arranging items to fit appropriately based on size, dimensions and weight once packed.
- Securely transport contracted items avoiding any damage to property or equipment during transit.
- Always displaying core values of the company such as teamwork and integrity.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.50 - $25.00 per hour
