Inside the Role
This position is responsible for the movement of New and Used Motor Coaches to and from our PDI Center, in Jacksonville, FL to and from various locations throughout the United States.

Position offers a starting salary range of $27 - $37 / hour
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What you Drive at DCNA
  • Responsible for the movement of New and Used Motor Coaches to and from our PDI Center, in Jacksonville, FL to and from various locations throughout the United States.
  • Assist with pickup of Motor Coaches at various Port Authorities and other locations.
  • Responsible to occasionally present Motor Coaches to Customers and Prospects, upon delivery at the designated locations.
  • Perform minor motor coach detailing, prior to delivery of Motor Coaches, as well as other duties and tasks to support the Jacksonville PDI Center.
  • Act as an overall brand ambassador for Mercedes Benz Motor Coaches.
Knowledge You Should Bring
  • High School Diploma or Equivalency
  • 5 years of proven experience in driving commercial vehicles
  • CDL – with a (P) Endorsement - currently active and maintain (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong professional conversation etiquette.
  • High level of personal and professional integrity, honesty and accountability.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to obtain credentials required to access the various Port Authorities
  • Ability to read and understand sales documents and marketing materials
Exceptional Candidate Might Have
  • Ability to professionally operate a Motor Coach on all types of roads for up to 8 to 10 hours per day, subject to state and federal regulations.
  • Ability to travel long distances and be away from home base for up to 10 days at a time.
  • Ability to travel on short notice and occasionally on weekends, in order to meet required delivery schedules.
  • Knowledge of the basic features of the Daimler Coach (and Competitor) Products and ability to present these features to Customers and Prospects, in a Professional and Courteous manner.
  • Ability to communicate with fellow Daimler Coaches employees and other third party individuals (Customers and Vendors) when requested.
  • Previous experience driving Motor Coach vehicles
