We are looking to bring on a well-seasoned Loan Processor to work in our Marlton, NJ Corporate office.

The ideal candidate should have the following background and skills:

• Solid proficiency in processing purchase and refinance transactions for Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and state bond loans.
• Strong PC skills, including Word, Excel, & Encompass Loan Origination System a plus, etc...
• Review all income documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to calculate all incomes: wages, self-employment, and variable income.
• Ability to review and analyze assets.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communications skills - phone, personal contact, and written.
• Exercise discretion, independent judgment and problem solving abilities to complete work.
• Make sure closing dates and company deadlines are met by following up on loan documentation in a timely manner.
• Submit detailed loan packages to the underwriting department. Communicate with underwriters to clarify conditions and satisfy these by coordinating with the borrower, realtor, and any other party to transaction.
• Keep thorough documentation of the loan process from origination through closing.
• Manage a loan pipeline while maintaining an efficient and compliant flow through the loan process.
• Help further loan approval by serving as a liaison between applicants, real estate agents, loan officers, closers, and mortgage lending underwriters.

***Salary negotiable and highly depends on level of skill and experience.
