Montessori Toddler Guide ($42K-$47K/year) Job at Guidepost Montessori
We are expanding our Young Toddler classroom (ages 12 mo - 2 years) and Toddler (2 yr - 3 yrs) program at our Guidepost Montessori campus in Aurora, CO. If you are a trained Montessori Guide (or are interested in sponsored training) at the birth - three year old level, we would love to talk to you.
Your Role:
In this Lead Guide role, you will create and lead a model Toddler classroom. Through your efforts, parents will see what's possible for their child when authentic, high-quality Montessori is alive and well in the prepared environment. You will be provided with a full set of high-quality materials from leading manufacturers, along with a classroom budget to make your classroom unique.
Straight out of training? We have an amazing team of trained Montessori Mentors who will be available to lead professional development, provide feedback, and help develop your skills even further.
This position is full-time 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday with a salary range of $42K-$46K/year.

We'd love to talk to you if you:
- Lead Teacher qualified or Colorado shines certificate
- Obtain or willing to obtain a Montessori Diploma for the 0-3 age group
- Have experience with the appropriate ages in a group setting, such as a preschool, daycare, childcare, nursery, or Reggio Emilia center
- Help children by giving them the tools to become independent
- Get energized and inspired by working with children!
