While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and occasionally exposed to various types of equipment that have vibration. The noise level in the work environment requires hearing protection.

Responsibilities:
SUMMARY
To bring correct and sufficient amounts of materials to machines, maintain correct inventories, determine which orders to run at a certain time. Control scrap. Monitor and identify raw material usage variances.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supplying color and resin to assigned machines
- Maintaining grinders
- Grinding or disposing of scrap
- Operating machine in order to give breaks
- Performing color changes on assigned machines
- Creating production labels
- Scanning out of color
- Maintaining the resin silo board
- Checking color chips for color match
- Material managements control of scrap and regrind usage
- Reporting scrap in detail
- Follows applicable Food Safety and cGMP policies
SKILL SET
- Organization
- Time Management
- Ability to develop a routine
- Effective Communication
- Basic Computer skills
- Basic Mechanical understanding
- Comprehension of central resin system
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma/or GED required.
- Valid driver's license required.
