Responsibilities:
SUMMARY
To bring correct and sufficient amounts of materials to machines, maintain correct inventories, determine which orders to run at a certain time. Control scrap. Monitor and identify raw material usage variances.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supplying color and resin to assigned machines
  • Maintaining grinders
  • Grinding or disposing of scrap
  • Operating machine in order to give breaks
  • Performing color changes on assigned machines
  • Creating production labels
  • Scanning out of color
  • Maintaining the resin silo board
  • Checking color chips for color match
  • Material managements control of scrap and regrind usage
  • Reporting scrap in detail
  • Follows applicable Food Safety and cGMP policies

  • Comprehension of central resin system
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
  • High School diploma/or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
