Mgr Environmental Svcs Job at Crossroads Community Hospital
Plans, organizes, directs and coordinates functions and activities of Environmental Services. Develops and implement policies and procedures for department operation. Inspects and evaluates the facilities physical conditions. Maintain the facilities environment in a sanitary, attractive and orderly condition and comply with regulatory requirements. Investigates and evaluate new supplies and equipment and makes recommendations to administration. Develops and recommend department operating budget and ensure the department operates within budget. Perform other duties as required.
Education:
High school graduate or equivalent. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
Experience:
Must possess good leadership and organizational skills. Good written and verbal communication. Must have knowledge of budget preparation. Five (5) years experience as supervisor in a hospital or similar institution. Previous management experience preferred.
