- Oracle retail and JDA. Lead the IT Merch Support Team.
- Lead the IT Merchandising team, support of Oracle MoM modules including 2 people with day-to-day support of user issues, incident and problem management
- Drive small changes in Oracle MoM along with FTE and Managed Services team to support day to day operations
- Lead the IT Merchandising team, day to day management of support incidents and problems on JDA Allocation
- Lead the IT Merchandising team, day to day management support of incidents and problems on JDA MFP (FTE and JDA Cloud have the technical knowledge)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $80.00 - $120.00 per hour
