LA Fitness and Esporta Fitness are now hiring for entry-level Membership Sales & Marketing positions with excellent promotion opportunities for those who are successful.
This is a full-time sales position in our club with opportunities to earn commissions and bonus based on performance, on top of an hourly base pay of $15.50/hour (or local minimum wage rate). Overtime opportunities/pay also available.
Total pay will vary based on hours worked and personal sales achieved, but an average monthly pay range for this position is $2,700-$4,500, with opportunities for promotion within 6-12 months for better performers.
