Membership & Program Account Manager - (Part-Time Position, 25 hours per week)

Our ideal candidate for our Membership & Program Account Manager is detail oriented, exhibits exceptional customer service, is proficient with computers and community focused. This position will have flexibility in their hourly schedule, as our facilities are open 7 days a week from early mornings to late evenings.

Primary Duties:

• Facilitate Member Communication regarding expired payment methods, expiring membership via email and mail, ensuring our members maintain their active status without interruption.
• Review of all membership account paperwork to ensure accuracy
• Data Entry of both member detail, but also program detail into our customer resource management system.
• Process payments, credits, refunds and assist with any other member account issues related to billing program registration, online sales and past due balance collection.
• Interact with Membership Staff and Program Directors to assist with resolving registration, facility usage and/or billing issues for our members.
• Assist with building programs within our sales software in preparation for session program registration.

Hourly range: $13-$16 per hour - based upon experience.
