The Service Minds Membership Coordinator provides a crucial service to both Service Minds and our customers by maintaining the service membership lifecycle: sales, renewals, terminations, billing and reporting. This role reports to our North Tampa office.

Compensation: Salary base of $40,000 annually PLUS commission on sold and renewed memberships

Role Responsibilities:

• 
  Maintain and process monthly auto-billing for memberships.
• Terminate memberships monthly via the Dismiss feature in Service Titan
• Suspend membership accounts with 30 days or more past due balance.
• Collect on past due membership accounts.
• Submit write-off membership accounts monthly.
• Update expired credit cards for monthly membership billing.
• Prepare and submit monthly membership reporting statistics.
• Produce membership sales reports to operations.
• Submit deferred reconciliation for review.
• Update membership templates in Service Titan as needed.
• Enter Tri-Clubs in each instance of Service Titan
• Terminate Tri-Clubs in each instance of Service Titan
• Partner with Call Center to manage memberships.
