DSPFCU is searching for a full time Member Service Representative/Teller for our branch in Georgetown.
Position Description
- Provide exceptional service to our credit union members in the lobby, drive-thru and on the telephone
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and other transactions as requested
- Promote DSPFCU's products and services
- Perform a variety of miscellaneous tasks to include processing wire transfer requests, opening new accounts and issuing cashier checks
- Assist members with account maintenance requests
- Ensure daily balance of cash drawer
- Adhere to all credit union compliance requirements, including the Bank Secrecy Act
- Maintain proper confidentiality while handling or processing sensitive information
- Perform other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Prior financial services and retail sales experience preferred
- Prior cash handling experience required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Experience with MS Word and Excel
- Must have reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.50 per hour
