Responsible for end-to-end development of annual CMS Medicare member materials. This position will have accountability for managing, writing, and revising materials with document coding technology while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery to production partners.

Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 162,700

Responsible for end-to-end development of annual CMS Medicare member materials. This position will have accountability for managing, writing, and revising materials with document coding technology while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery to production partners.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end development of assigned coded templates (such as the Summary of Benefits, Evidence of Coverage, Annual Notice of Changes, etc).
- Utilizing knowledge of CMS member materials to ensure documents are compliant with CMS regulations
- Managing the QA, annotation, and revision process for assigned member materials.
- Responsible for adhering to a strict timeline for document creation and delivery to production.
- Responsible for 100% accuracy of assigned documents.
- Responsible for identifying areas of risk as well as compliance concerns within documents and implementing solutions.
- Responsible for working with other teams on system enhancements.
- Identifies and implements best practices and process improvements.
- Manages data and files in an automated manner.
- Establishes and monitors success measures and expectations.
- Must be able to manage projects and tasks in an independent manner.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years work experience developing, managing, or reviewing CMS Medicare annual member materials (i.e., EOC, ANOC, Summary of Benefits) for a Medicare Advantage health plan.
- Understanding of CMS Medicare Marketing and Communications guidelines.
- 5+ years’ experience managing multiple projects, including keeping track of timelines and deliverables.
- Experience working with IT business partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with document management systems.
- Success with quality assurance activities and improvement initiatives.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
- Ability to use reports to manage benefit content, including the ability to analyze large data sets and assess the impact to member materials coding.
- Proven ability to work independently, collaborate, and develop alternative solutions to resolve issues under tight timeframes.
- Comfortable making decisions and driving process improvements.
- Strong collaborator who can influence change to improve performance results, workflows, and organization effectiveness.
