Medical Spa Front Desk Receptionist Job at Laser Loft
Laser Loft, a fun, upscale medical spa is now hiring for a Spa Coordinator/Administrative Assistant at our *NEW* Gainesville, Texas location to work Wednesday - Saturday from 9:00am - 6:00pm. We are projecting the Grand Opening of this location to be on Janurary 4th, 2023 - we will start training and need help before this date.
We offer laser treatments and skin care services for EVERYONE, regardless of gender, ethnicity, age, or skin condition!
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Creating/rescheduling appointments
- Assisting clients in pre/post care for treatments
- Helping clients fill out online paperwork
- Giving an exceptional customer service experience
- Working in a team environment
- Answering emails
- Helping with social media
- Keeping the spa nice and tidy
- Miscellaneous task from upper management
We are looking for someone who:
- Experience preferred in the medical aesthetics/spa industry
- Knowledgable about skincare
- Can work well in a team
- Has a passion for helping clients feel beautiful and pampered!
- Excellent customer service & attention to detail
