We are seeking motivated and serious customer service-oriented individuals to join our Medical Scheduling team. Our ideal candidates need to have excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Medical Scheduler must be efficient and organized, be comfortable working with a variety of health insurance providers, law offices, and a diverse patient base.

Some Responsibilities Include;
Answering phones, directing phone calls and taking messages

Communicating and coordinating with law offices, insurance providers, and patients

Scheduling and confirming patient appointments

Data entry of patient information

Retrieving patient information and reviewing of patient paperwork, to ensure accuracy

Respond in a timely manner to all email correspondence

Perform other assigned office duties, as needed

Requirements Include;
Be able to work Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM

Having Medical Office and/or Medical Scheduler experience is great, training will also be provided.

Bi-Lingual, English/Spanish, is a plus.

High School education or higher and must own a vehicle for transportation to and from the office location.
