Medical Receptionist / Scheduler / Admin Asst (Longwood)
compensation: Compensation will depend on experience $15.00-$16.50

We are looking for an experienced Full Time medical receptionist/scheduler/Administrative Asst. This is for a fast paced, specialty office in Longwood, FL. Position requires knowledge of electronic medical records, paper chart medical records, Auto and Workers Comp insurance, referrals, prior authorizations, copays, computerized appointment scheduling, medical terminology. There will be a lot of cross training, as the key to success is teamwork and being able to step in when needed.
** Experience dealing with Auto Insurance and Worker's Compensation preferred. **
Bi-lingual preferred but not required.
**Must have good computer & phone skills, typing skills as well as effective communication skills.**
Compensation will depend on experience. When you respond to ad please NOTE what your hourly wage request is.
Full-time employee eligible for health insurance, vacation and holiday time off and sick days. Hours of work are Monday through Thursday from 7:15am - 5:15am. (10 hour days)
