Radiation Oncology Centers of Ventura County is a cancer treatment facility with two offices in Ventura County; the Oxnard Center is on the Campus of St. John’s Regional Medical Center and Camarillo Center is located in Mission Oaks. We are looking for a bilingual individual with the right personality to complement our dedicated Camarillo team.

Responsibilities:

· General front office procedures, closing and opening, reviewing incoming faxes, etc.

· Greeting patients

· Checking patients in/out for office visits and follow up appointments

· Scheduling appointments, and coordinating referrals

· Providing quality service to our patients, visitors, and your fellow employees

· Answering and routing incoming calls

· Responding to new patient referrals and inquiries

· Other front office duties as needed

Required Skills:

· Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience

· Excellent phone skills

· Fluent in English and Spanish

· Medical office experience preferred

· Computer experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)

· Strong anatomy knowledge a plus
