Your responsibilities as the Medical Provider will include:

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to patients of all ages
• Collaborate with the practice team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Maintain clear, accurate documentation of patient encounters
• Adhere to all practice policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
