Our organization is seeking a Pediatric Practice Manager for the day-to-day operations of the business and management side of a 6 - 7 provider pediatric practice in two locations to include but not limited to finances, billing, reimbursement, human resources, provider credentialing, managed care/third-party contracting, medical information systems, maintenance of physical facilities under the supervision of physician owners. Previous medical management experience is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures effective delivery of day-to-day operations: smooth clinic flow and adequate staffing.
• Identifies and meets needs of patients, staff, and providers with operational support.
• Oversees all financial operations to include but not limited to billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable; balances monthly financial reports and submits to accountants; proficient in use of Quickbooks; ensures accurate bi-weekly payroll for all employees.
• Maintains accountability for cost-effective delivery of services through continuous improvements; identifies cost-savings in operating expenses; facilitates business development activities and process improvements.
• Expert in human resources and practice management: administers staff benefits programs; coordinates with all employees, including providers' and nurses' schedules and PTO requests; minimizes overtime of employees.
• Coordinates with nursing to maintain rural health clinic designation status, participation in accountable care organization, and other required certifications and coordination with other partner organizations.
• Oversees physical facilities and equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
