Our new Med Spa and Wellness Center in West Palm Beach is seeking a passionate and experienced Medical Director to lead our team and ensure the delivery of exceptional aesthetic treatments and services. As the Medical Director, you will play a crucial role in providing top-quality care, managing the overall treatment schedule, and contributing to the growth and success of our spa.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Leadership and Expertise:
• Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, showcasing in-depth knowledge and expertise in aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to injectables, laser therapy, and stem cell therapy.
• Act as a passionate advocate for our services and our company's mission, effectively communicating with both staff and clients.

Treatment and Procedure Management:

• Independently manage and oversee the spa's treatment and procedure schedule, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, research, and technological advancements in the field of aesthetic medicine.
• Incorporate new treatments and procedures into the spa's offerings when appropriate, ensuring they align with our brand and meet high-quality standards.

Business Development and Marketing:

• Assist in the development of the spa's business strategy, including identifying new opportunities for growth, marketing initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
• Keep up-to-date with industry updates, advancements, and regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence to best practices.

Patient Care and Satisfaction:

• Be the primary point of contact for all aesthetic inquiries, providing detailed information and addressing patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Create a comfortable, luxurious, and welcoming environment for our customers, fostering a positive and memorable experience.
• Treat every patient with care, compassion, and respect, ensuring their needs are met and their questions are answered thoroughly.

Vendor Management:

• Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors, ensuring the timely supply of products, equipment, and other necessary resources.
• Evaluate and select reputable vendors to maintain a high standard of quality for our treatments and services.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of aesthetic medicine.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with clients, staff, and vendors.
• Demonstrated passion for the services offered and a deep understanding of the spa's mission.
• Extensive knowledge of stem cell therapy, injectables, laser treatment, and other relevant aesthetic procedures.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage the overall treatment and procedure schedule.
• Proven experience in developing business strategies and utilizing marketing opportunities.
• Ability to provide exceptional patient care and address individual needs and concerns.
