Saint Joseph Medical Center is looking for an Account Resolution Specialist. The Account Resolution Specialist’s lead responsibility is for the timely follow-up of Managed Care/Commercial accounts. They need to be able to communicate clearly and efficiently by phone with healthcare plans and be able to setup payment plans to collect on debt.

This individual will need to meet productivity standards while maintaining reports. They will continually review managed care contracts and commercial account to ensure resolution and follow through. This individual will need to ensure that they are following State Collection guidelines when applicable.

Education and Work Experience

• Minimum of four years hospital managed care/commercial collector experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of contract interpretation.
• Familiar with hospital billing requirements
• EPIC expereince is Preferred
• Bi-lingual is Preferred
