Medical Biller Job at Care First Group Living
Care First Rehabilitation is looking for an individual with exceptional organization, communication, and time management skills. In addition, the individual must posesses strong computer skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Create medical invoices
- Create financial reports
- Day to day accountant tasks; data entry
- Assist in managing accounts receivable
- Office organization and file tracking
- Perform assigned tasks at month end closing
- Able to adapt and transition between assignments quickly.
- Strong time management skills; excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work well individually and in a team environment.
- Proficient with QuickBooks functionality
- Proficient with Google Suite (docs, sheets, etc)
- Fulfill all other assigned job duties as deemed necessary and appropriate by upper-level management
- Post office and bank errands as assigned
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Create spreadsheets/other financial workpapers.
- Willingness to learn new applications/software
- Works directly with business consultant for specific projects
- Scan and File records in alphabetical or numerical order
Qualifications and Requirements
-Outpatient physical therapy clinic billing experience preferred
-Strong attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
