We currently have an exciting opportunity for a medical assistant to join our team in Cumming!

Monday-Friday, 8AM - 5PM, no nights or weekends

Duties may include but not limited to:

• Full triage
• Taking manual vitals/blood pressure
• EKG's
• Recording and updating patient information
• Chart prep
• Phlebotomy
• Medication refills
• Some travel may sporadically be required between offices (Johns Creek/Alpharetta/Buford/Cumming/Dawsonville) to cover for PTO and sick leave. Mileage is reimbursed when travelling between offices.

Requirements:

• Dependable team player is a must.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Maintain a positive attitude with patients and co-workers under all conditions
• Sustain excellent attendance and avoid excessive absences and/or tardiness
• If not already a nationally certified medical assistant, licensed practical nurse, or emergency medical technician, you must gain certification within six months of employment. (ex. CMA, CCMA, RMA, AAMA, NCMA, NCCT)
