Job Summary:

Come join our diverse Nursing/MA team working attentively to serve a population needing assistance with addressing Substance Use Disorders. You will be part of a team consisting of RNs and medical providers to develop/ implement a person centered treatment plan.

The MAT Medical Assistant will be responsible for collecting vitals, taking patient histories, rooming patients, administering injections, performing venipunctures, and collecting lab specimens such as urine drug screens. The MA will also collect, analyze and enter data into an Electronic Medical Record, as well as perform screening procedures ordered by the medical provider. Responsibilities also include filing, uploading patient documents, prior authorizations, managing refill requests, triaging patient calls, scheduling, contacting patients when necessary and other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Certified/ Registered Medical Assistant preferred, however will train the right candidate
• One year of work experience in an inpatient or outpatient medical setting
• Ability to pass background check and driver’s license check upon offer of employment.
• Provide proof of auto liability insurance coverage per Western’s policies.
• Montana Driver’s License with good driving record
