The Facebar Aesthetic Medicine, Pasadena's premier medical spa, is seeking an experienced, friendly, outgoing individual who has a passion for aesthetics, a strong work ethic and is interested in a long-term position. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two (2) years experience as a medical assistant for a medical spa, dermatology or plastic surgery practice. We are in search of a self-starter who excels in customer service who can work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

The Ideal Candidate would have the following qualifications:

• Has experience as a medical assistant in the field of plastic surgery, dermatology or medispa.
• Must be customer-service oriented.
• Has experience as a medical scribe.
• Looking for a full-time position
• Must be computer literate
• Skilled in EMR and have excellent communication skills

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Escorting/rooming patients
• Taking vitals and patient's medical history
• Medical scribing (charting) and documentation in the electronic medical record during patient encounters
• Assisting with cosmetic procedures such as lasers, tox, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic procedures. Taking before and after photos
• Stocking rooms, tray set up for cosmetic treatments
• Turning rooms, to include, sanitizing exam tables, counters, sterilization of equipment, hazard waste disposal
• Interact in a professional, friendly manner with patients, providers, co-workers and vendors
• Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of two (2) years of MA experience in aesthetics industry.
• Experience and willingness to establish and maintain a professional but enjoyable work environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
