Job role: Mechanical Engineering

Location: Fort Worth, TX

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Bachelor’s degree with 5 to 8 years of experience in Mechanical System product design and Engineering change management.

2. Experience in using CATIA V5 and Enovia

3. Good Mechanical engineering fundamentals on aircraft engine system

4. Experience in new product design/ re-design preferably on hydraulic components such as fittings, couplings, hose assemblies, swivel joins & fuel valves etc.

5. Good knowledge on engineering change management (CR, ECN) process.

6. Experience in drawing creation, review and release process.

7. Good understanding of product compliance and creation of compliance matrix as per customer need

8. Experience in preparing and presenting PDR and CDR reviews.

9. Good knowledge of materials, bought out catalogue part selection as per project requirement.

10. Ability work with cross functional departments like, Mfg. Assembly, Integration, Qualification and testing

11. Good knowledge on QTP, ATP documentation for certification process

12. Ability work with MRB team for disposition of parts and assembly during the change implementation

13. Ability to interact with customer on requirements assessment and preparation compliance matrix

14. Good experience in Engg. change implementation and product qualification

15. Good understanding on Reliability and system safety assessment during the change process

16. Excellent oral and written communication skills

17. Good aptitude to adopt and learn customer product lines.

18. Experience in preparing the qualification test reports, procedures and test plans based on standards (DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-704)

19 Experience in avionics products testing & qualification & Similarity reports / certification process
