JOB DESCRIPTION:

• This position requires thorough knowledge of design and engineering, Mechanical Engineering activities.
• Field Engineering support.
• Proven ability to use all precision measuring devices associated with rotating and mechanical equipment.
• Perform power system studies such as load flow, short circuit, protective device coordination and arc flash, including report writing.
• When required, assumes a project lead role for completing specific tasks, including checking and provide technical guidance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) degree, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the oil and gas / Refinery.
• Experience in Turnaround / Maintenance / Installation Experience.
• 5+ years of Rotating Equipment experience
• Knowledge of maintenance and reliability principles (i.e. asset management, asset criticality, PMs, spare parts, root cause analysis).
• Proven experience in installation, troubleshooting, inspection and repair of the following rotating equipment:

Centrifugal Pumps
Positive Displacement Pumps
Centrifugal Compressors
Reciprocating Compressors
Steam Turbines
Gear Boxes
Shaft Sealing Systems
Machinery Protection Systems
Vibration Analysis and Balancing
Lubrication Systems

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
