We are currently looking for a Mechanic Assistant to join our team! The Mechanic Assistant will assist the mechanical staff and Fleet Service Team Leader with major and minor repairs, and maintenance tasks as required. The individual in this role will also be responsible for the following:

• Provide both major and minor repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of garage facility and shop tools.
• Provide transportation to mechanics responding to mechanical breakdowns.
• Shuttle parts and vehicles to and from outside vendors.
• Assist in restocking inventory.

Qualifications: The candidate must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance for transportation requirements. A high school diploma, technical school or equivalent education and six (6) months experience in basic vehicle mechanics is required. A criminal and motor vehicle background check is also required. Recent Mechanic School graduates may qualify!

Compensation: $15.00-$17.00 hour.

Hours: This is a full-time position. Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm with occasional overtime, including Saturday.
